Pickleball
Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to stay active and socialize with friends? Look no further than indoor pickleball!

More Information
* The Wednesday morning session is dedicated for those with no pickleball experience and beginner/novice players. The first session will cover basic rules, followed by doubles games in a “learn as you play” setting.
** The Friday morning session caters to intermediate players who have developed game knowledge and consistent skills of pickleball (serve, return, dink, volley and strategy) and are looking for a faster pace of play.
- Only pre-registered participants can play
- No refunds or player swapping for missed sessions
- 3 indoor courts with doubles play
- Bring your own paddle. Beginner paddles and indoor balls are provided.
Note: Fees will be prorated if you register after sessions have started. If a session is full or if you’d prefer to sign up for a single date rather than the full session, you can register as a substitute player. Prorated fees will also apply if space is available.
Table Tennis
Bring a friend and enjoy this recreational sport. Here is a chance to meet others in the neighbourhood who share the same passion for the game. Equipment is provided.
Ages: All ages welcome
Date: Mondays, Sept 16 – Dec 16, 2024 (except Oct 14)
Time: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Fee: $44 (13 sessions) or $4/session for walk-ins
Registered dates are not transferrable. Missed dates cannot be made up.
ESSENTRICS® Stretch & Tone
Led by Level 1 Instructor, Marie
A dynamic, full body workout suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.
Date: Mondays, Sept 16 – Nov 18, 2024 (Except Oct 14)
Time: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Fee: $7 per class or $63 for 9-week program
Materials: Class is best done barefoot, but can use non slip socks or athletic shoes. Must bring your own mat and small towel.
Note: Participants are required to complete a PAR-Q (participant activity readiness questionnaire) upon registration.
Archery (Beginner)
This class is for teens and adults who are completely new to archery and want to learn how to shoot a target compound bow. Coached by a nationally certified instructor (NCCP Level 1), you will learn archery techniques and safety followed by progressive target shooting. All equipment provided.

Date: Saturdays, Oct 19 – Nov 16 (5 sessions)
Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (first class begins at 3:00 pm)

Recreation Volleyball (OTT Thurs)
Join us every other Thursday after Open Table Thursdays (OTT) for a casual rec volleyball program for anyone ages 16+ of any skill level. We will be playing some fun recreational games and also have space to connect! Each session is $5 and if you join us for OTT you can get both dinner and volleyball for $15.

Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a high-energy, non-contact field team sport. Players will be placed on teams to ensure there is a good balance of new and experienced players. If you have friends that you’d like to play with, let us know, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. We welcome players at all skill levels! It is a great place to connect with new friends and stay active.

FAMILY PROGRAMS
Family Badminton
Looking for an exciting activity that will bring your family closer together? Come out and enjoy some time with your family playing badminton! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own equipment.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
Volleyball (Co-ed)
At this program, our dedicated coaches teach various skills and talk about the importance of developing character both on and off the court.
We use the 10 traits from York Region’s Character Matters Program. At this program, players divide into teams and play lots of volleyball! Only 24 spots available.
Ages: 11 – 14 yrs (Grades 6 – 8)
Date: Wednesdays, Oct 2 – Nov 27, 2024
Time: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Fee: $50 (one time fee/per semester)
After School Drop-In
At this free after-school program, adult-supervised space is provided for students to study, play video games, table tennis, foosball, board games and more as well as hang out with other teens in a safe environment. Additionally, teachers may also be on hand some weeks for a homework club. Each participant must fill out a Registration Form upon arrival. Proof of age will be required (student ID).
