Ultimate Frisbee is a high-energy, non-contact field team sport. Players will be placed on teams to ensure there is a good balance of new and experienced players. If you have friends that you’d like to play with, let us know, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. We welcome players at all skill levels! It is a great place to connect with new friends and stay active. If you are unfamiliar with the game, feel free to come out on May 20 & May 27 to try it out before signing up.

A dynamic, full body workout suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.

Date: Mondays, March 17 – April 21, 2025
Time: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Fee: $7 per class or $42 for 6-week program
Materials: Class is best done barefoot, but can use non slip socks or athletic shoes. Must bring your own mat and small towel.

Note: Participants are required to complete a PAR-Q (participant activity readiness questionnaire) upon registration.

This class is for teens and adults who are completely new to archery and want to learn how to shoot a target compound bow. Coached by a nationally certified instructor (NCCP Level 1), you will learn archery techniques and safety followed by progressive target shooting. All equipment provided. *Limit 6 spots only.

Join us on Thursdays for a casual rec volleyball program for anyone ages 16+ of any skill level. We will be playing some fun recreational games and also have space to connect!

Looking for an exciting activity that will bring your family closer together? Come out and enjoy some time with your family playing badminton! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own equipment.

At this program, our dedicated coaches teach various skills and talk about the importance of developing character both on and off the court. We use the 10 traits from York Region’s Character Matters Program.

Basketball (Co-ed): Grab your sneakers and bring your A-game—join our coed basketball program for fun, friends, and fast breaks!  Only 24 spots available.

Racquet Sports (Co-ed): Pick up a paddle and join the fun—our coed pickleball and badminton crew is ready to smash, rally, and have a blast! Only 24 spots available.
