Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to stay active and socialize with friends? Look no further than indoor pickleball!

Note: Each session lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes with a firm start and end time.
More Information
Learners Play: This session is dedicated for those with no pickleball experience. Participants will learn the basic rules, followed by doubles games in a learn-as-you-play setting. Start here if you have not played pickleball before.
Open Play: This session is for players who are familiar with the rules of the game and have played doubles games before. Join this session if you would like to play casual skills-matched games with novice to intermediate level players.
Intermediate Play: This session caters to intermediate players with strong pickleball skills. Participants should be able to play consistently in fast-paced and competitive games.
- Only pre-registered participants can play
- No refunds or swapping players for missed sessions
- Gymnasium shoes are required.
- Protective sports eyewear recommended.
- 3 indoor courts with doubles play
- Bring your own paddle. Beginner paddles and indoor balls are provided.
Note: Fees will be prorated if you register after the sessions have started.

Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a high-energy, non-contact field team sport. Players will be placed on teams to ensure there is a good balance of new and experienced players. If you have friends that you’d like to play with, let us know, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. We welcome players at all skill levels! It is a great place to connect with new friends and stay active. If you are unfamiliar with the game, feel free to come out on May 20 & May 27 to try it out before signing up.

Table Tennis
Bring a friend and enjoy this recreational sport. Here is a chance to meet others in the neighbourhood who share the same passion for the game. Equipment is provided.

Men's Basketball
Join us on Wednesday’s for exciting men’s basketball scrimmages filled with fun and friendly competition! Space is limited, spots fill up quickly but we do have a waiting list for subs.

ESSENTRICS® Stretch & Tone
Led by Level 1 Instructor, Marie
A dynamic, full body workout suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.
Date: Mondays, March 17 – April 21, 2025
Time: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Fee: $7 per class or $42 for 6-week program
Materials: Class is best done barefoot, but can use non slip socks or athletic shoes. Must bring your own mat and small towel.
Note: Participants are required to complete a PAR-Q (participant activity readiness questionnaire) upon registration.
Archery (Beginner)
This class is for teens and adults who are completely new to archery and want to learn how to shoot a target compound bow. Coached by a nationally certified instructor (NCCP Level 1), you will learn archery techniques and safety followed by progressive target shooting. All equipment provided. *Limit 6 spots only.

Join us on Thursdays for a casual rec volleyball program for anyone ages 16+ of any skill level. We will be playing some fun recreational games and also have space to connect!

Family Badminton
Looking for an exciting activity that will bring your family closer together? Come out and enjoy some time with your family playing badminton! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own equipment.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
Multisport (Co-ed)
At this program, our dedicated coaches teach various skills and talk about the importance of developing character both on and off the court. We use the 10 traits from York Region’s Character Matters Program. Players divide into teams and play! We’ll explore sports like ultimate frisbee, handball…Only 24 spots available.
Ages: 11 – 14 yrs (Grades 6 – 8)
Date: Wednesdays, April 2 – May 28, 2025
Time: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Fee: $50 (one time fee/per semester)
After School Drop-In
At this free after-school program, adult-supervised space is provided for students to study, play video games, table tennis, foosball, board games and more as well as hang out with other teens in a safe environment. Additionally, teachers may also be on hand some weeks for a homework club. Each participant must fill out a Registration Form upon arrival. Proof of age will be required (student ID).
