BEGINNERS ARCHERY
This class is for teens and adults who are completely new to archery and want to learn how to shoot a target compound bow. Coached by a nationally certified instructor (NCCP Level 1), you will learn archery techniques and safety followed by progressive target shooting. All equipment provided.
Age: 15+
Class Dates: Saturdays, Oct 14 & 21, Nov 11 & 18, Dec 2 & 9
Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

ADULT PROGRAMS
ADULT VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (18+)
For Beginner and Intermediate Level Players
Have you always wanted to play in a friendly and welcoming volleyball league, but did not know where to play and where to get properly trained?
Good news! This is your chance to experiment, learn, and play in a supportive environment. Our goal is to make this the beginning of a lifelong activity.
Where: Cornerstone Centre
Dates: Thursdays, Sept 21 – Dec 14
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Fee: $140 (Includes all league games and a certified Volleyball Instructor for the Volleyball Labs)
Every game day includes:
- One 45 minute technical instruction lab
- Refreshment and Devotional Break
- Two league games

RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL
Ages 16+ of any skill level
Where: Cornerstone Centre
Date: Every other Thursday starting Sept 28 to Nov 23
Time: 7:30 – 9:30 pm
Fee: Each session – $5.00 OR Open Table Dinner + Volleyball – $15
Join us every other Thursday after Open Table Thursdays (OTT) for a casual rec volleyball program for anyone ages 16+ of any skill level.
We will be playing some fun recreational games and have space to connect! Each session is $5 and if you join us for OTT you can get both dinner and volleyball for $15.
TABLE TENNIS
Bring a friend and enjoy this recreational sport. Meet others in the neighbourhood that share the same passion for the game. Equipment is provided.
Ages: All ages welcome
Date: Mondays, September 11 – December 18 (excluding Oct. 9)
Time: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Fee: $45 (14 sessions) or $4/session for walk-ins
Registered dates are not transferrable. Missed dates cannot be made up.
This program aims to:
- Create supportive, positive experiences for the purpose of building confidence, developing or improving skills and having fun.
- Create an inclusive environment for all levels of players, particularly for novice players.
- Encourage experienced players to support novice players to enjoy the game and mentor them for building confidence and having fun.
LET'S PLAY PICKLEBALL
Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to stay active and socialize with friends? Look no further than indoor pickleball!

- Only pre-registered participants can play
- Registration opens at 9 am, the Friday before the first session of each month
- No refunds for missed sessions
- 3 indoor courts
- Doubles play
- Bring your own racket or you can borrow
- Maximum 24 spots per session
If registration for the session is full, you can still register as a substitute player.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
VOLLEYBALL (Co-Ed)
At this program, our dedicated coaches teach various skills and talk about the importance of developing character both on and off the court. We use the 10 traits from York Region’s Character Matters Program. Players divide into teams and play!
Ages: 11–14 yrs (Grades 6-8)
Date: Wednesdays, October 4 – November 29, 2023
Time: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Fee: $45 (one-time fee per semester)
After School Drop In
At this free after school program, adult supervised space is provided for students to study, play video games, table tennis, foosball, board games and more as well as hang out with other teens in a safe environment. Teachers may also be on hand some weeks for a homework club. Each participant must fill out a Registration Form upon arrival. Proof of age will be required (student ID).
Ages: 11–18 yrs (Grades 6-12)
Date: Wednesdays, October 4 – November 29

CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS
PARENT AND TOT
Come for coffee and meet someone new! This is an open play time for children 0-4 years old along with their parent or caregiver. Try out our mini roller coaster and have a snack, do a puzzle or learn how to make a friend! There’s always a circle time with songs, lap bounces and finger plays to wrap up our morning time together.
