Donate Items
Help us stock our shelves and fill food boxes by giving non-perishable food items.
More Information:
Food donations can be brought to Cornerstone and placed in our donation bins located in the elevator foyer by the church office and in the cafe.
Note: Please check expiry dates.
Suggested Items:
Flour, Sugar, Vegetable or Canola Oil, Salt, Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Kraft Dinner, Canned corn, Canned Diced Tomatoes, Canned Peaches, Canned Fruit Cocktail, Canned Tuna, Canned Salmon, Luncheon Meat, Corned Beef, Canned Chili, Canned or Dried Kidney Beans,Canned or Dried Chickpeas, Peanut Butter, Cereal, Instant Oatmeal, and Pancake Mix

Your donations help provide food and support to families as well supporting Cornerstone’s connections with local fresh fruit and veggie programs.

New Client
The Cornerstone Food Pantry is designed to support families in Markham and Stouffville who are navigating food insecurity due to a financial need. Pickups are at Cornerstone Center during scheduled hours and we do not offer deliveries. If you are seeking food support, please fill out our FOOD SUPPORT APPLICATION FORM.
If you are not eligible for Cornerstone’s Pantry or are looking for support from another Pantry, please check out the list below.

- Gibson Centre
- For southeast Markham or north Scarborough residents: OneChurch.to – 2885 Kennedy Rd – gives out fresh food on Tuesday nights from 4:30pm to 8pm by appointment only. Contact Dan Jeyaveeran, Phone: 416-291-9575
- For southeast Markham or north Scarborough residents: CICS food bank. 2330 Midland Ave (Midland & Sheppard). Drop-in on Fridays 2:30-4:30pm.
- For southwest Markham residents: Bayview Glen church (300 Steeles Ave E – Bayview & Steeles) provides groceries bi-weekly.
