SEEKING GOD’S DIRECTION FOR CORNERSTONE’S FUTURE
In his faithfulness, God has brought Cornerstone so very far throughout our 27-year history! Now, we have entered a season of seeking God’s direction for Cornerstone’s next chapters.
What are the next major moves God would have us make when it comes to living out the Vision and Mission he’s entrusted to us as a local church?
We would love to have you join us on Saturday, May 24 for a Prayer & ReEnvisioning event that will be an important part of the process towards discerning what God has in store for Cornerstone’s future. The event will include:
- Spaces for corporate worship & prayer
- Spaces for personal reflection & prayer
- Spaces for sharing and prayer in table groups
- Opportunities to share your impressions and ideas about how God might be leading Cornerstone
- A guide book with important information for the discernment process
- Refreshments!
BUILDING ON LAST YEAR’S RE-ENVISIONING PROCESS
Did you know that this event is an extension of a process we began last year? The feedback we received from over 150 participants during our 2024 Prayer & ReEnvisioning event was instrumental in helping our leadership discern that God was releasing us from “Vision 2020” – a 3-part vision that had emerged for Cornerstone in 2019 but was put on hold due to the pandemic.
This means that for our 2025 Prayer & ReEnvisioning event, we come before God with more of a “blank canvas.”
What does the Lord have in store for us in our ongoing mission of “making space for Jesus”? We hope you will come and be a part of the process!
