I was not born in a Christian household, however my mom started to go to a Chinese church back home in France when I was around 7yo. She used to drag me and my sister every Sunday Morning to Church.

With honestly, I was never interested about church growing up, but I could see how my mother changed to the better thanks to her Faith.
She used to be always angry and stress with her life, but she changed to different person. I could see how God has given her peace.

In 2017, I moved to Canada, I did not have any friends here at first but thanks to the lord I met Abram who became my best friend. And I think God speaks to me through him as he would invite me to his church, pray for me. And I always see him as a role model. Last year I remembered that he would push me to think of baptism, and I think that this is when it started to click for me. When I met my now fiancée 2 years ago thanks to the lord, she pushes me to go more to church but also to learn more about the bible, that is when I really started to learn more about Jesus’s life. Knowing the fact God sacrificed his only son for our sins, this made me realize that he is a God of love.

Today I am firmly convinced that I want to be baptized and reborn and commit to follow him for the rest of my Life. My mom has been telling me that as soon as I will get baptized, she would book a flight ticket to come. And there she is! In 2 Corinthians the Bible says: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
