Buy bulk foods and produce since it reduces the packaging and processing.

Avoid cosmetics that contain MICRO-PLASTICS. E.g.: polyethylene, polypropylene, & microcrystalline. When washed down the drain, they end up in the ocean too!

Avoid plastic shopping bags. Keep reusable shopping bags in your car for your next mall run!
